HR users sign in to reach their company workspace. Each company is an isolated workspace, and members only see data belonging to their own company. Candidates apply through public, branded careers portals without needing an account.
Every company's jobs, candidates, CVs, and interview data are separated at the database level using row-level security scoped by company. One company cannot read or modify another company's records.
All traffic between your browser and the application is served over HTTPS/TLS, so data is encrypted while moving across the network.
Elbanna Career runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides the managed database, authentication, file storage, and serverless functions that power the app. CV files are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly browsable.
When candidates apply, we collect the information they submit — such as name, email, phone, CV file, and answers to screening questions — so hiring teams can review applications. AI screening generates a score and summary to assist HR review.
Hiring teams manage candidate records within their workspace. If you are a candidate and want your data updated or removed, contact the company you applied to, or reach us using the contact below.
Transactional emails (such as application updates) are sent from the app. Recipients can unsubscribe from non-essential notifications using the link included in those emails.
